Q. Are there any costs involved?
A. No, the Affiliate Program is absolutely FREE.
Q. Who Can I Contact?
A. We have an excellent Affiliate Relations Team dedicated to making your Affiliate business work. Email: affiliate@adultflix.com.au.
Q. Will my information be sold or shared?
A. Of course not. Adultflix respects your privacy and we only collect enough information to administer your account.
Q. What type of website can join us?
A. Financial sites, sex sites, news sites, shopping mall sites, essentially any site that is seeking both extra traffic and extra revenue.

Q. What if I want access to my account details?
A. Easy. Just click onto Statistics or Commission History and you can check your earnings 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Q. I have lost my password / I need to change my details what can I do?
A. Email affiliate@adultflix.com.au with your Affiliate ID and the email address you used when you signed up. This way we can access your information without compromising your personal information.
Site/Product Linking
Q. I would like to know if I can link directly to a specific DVD or can I only link to your homepage?
A. You can link to either our homepage or a specific DVD - just simply follow our suggested linking format to ensure you have correctly generated your tags. Click here for new linking codes.
Q. If someone clicks from my site to Adultflix, but browses before signing up, will this still count towards my commission?
A. Yes. The activity of the surfer if tracked all the way throughout our site by a cookie. As long as the surfer came from your site via your URL containing your Affiliate ID, the registration will be attributed to your Affiliate account.
Q. I would like to know if I am able to design my own links and banners for Adultflix or do I have to use predetermined graphics?
A. You are not permitted to create your own banners or graphics to promote Adultflix, but you are allowed to create your own text links. If you would like a custom banner created for your website, please email affiliate@adultflix.com.au with your requirements, please remember to include your Affiliate login within the email.
Q. I have just put a your link on my website, but I want it to open in a new window so people can come back to my site after they have finished browsing. How do I do that?
A. That's a great way to keep traffic coming to your site, and to make commission. In the HTML page simply type in this new line:
<a href="URL HERE" target="_blank">Text or Banner Here</a>
URL HERE is the Adultflix destination link including your affiliate ID.
Affliate Payment
Q. When someone joins Adultflix through my affiliate link, how long does it take for the subscription to be shown in my account?
A. New subscriptions will be shown immediately in your statistics. Revenue generated through subscriptions will be shown within 24-48 hours after payment.
Q. I want to receive a cheque instead of having my commissions paid via direct deposit into my bank account. Is that OK?
A. Due to the increase in cheque fees, we no longer offer payments via this method. Please ensue that your bank details are up to date with us so there are no delays in your payments.
Running Multiple Websites
Q. I have 4 websites that I want to link your affiliate program to. Does that mean I need 4 Affiliate ID's?
A. In a short word, No. You can use one affiliate ID for all your linking, across both products and websites. That way all your commission will be recorded in one account instead of four, therefore increasing your commission payments and the time between receiving each payment.
