Welcome to Adultflix! By visiting the Adultflix website and subscribing to our online DVD rental service, you agree to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully:

Joining Adultflix

Customers must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid credit card in order to join Adultflix. When completing the registration form, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and correct information about yourself. You also agree to maintain and update your information on My Account page.

If Adultflix has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Adultflix has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Adultflix service.

Mail Delivery

Adultflix use Australia Post to deliver DVDs to and receive DVDs from you. Please allow for Australia Post delivery times. Adultflix is not responsible for delayed or misdirected mail. Return postage of rented DVDs is paid by Adultflix.

Renting DVDs

Rental requests are fulfilled Monday to Friday. We will send you a confirmation email when you return a DVD and when we send you another DVD. You can view current rental items by visiting With Me Now . You may not copy or alter any rented DVD in any way. Please handle the DVDs with care so as not to damage them.

Subscription Fees

Adultflix will charge your subscription fee to your credit card calculated on a monthly basis. Billing will commence at the beginning of your subscription and monthly thereafter until you cancel. You can view your historical credit card payments by visiting Billing History .

If you want to use a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your credit card information on My Account page.

Cancelling the Service

You may cancel your Adultflix subscription at any time. To cancel your account with Adultflix, press Cancel on the Service Status page. Cancelling your account will stop additional DVDs being despatched to you. The cancellation will take effect and billing will stop once all your currently rented DVDs have been returned.

Privacy

Any information submitted on the Adultflix website is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Copyright

Copyright in the material on this website is owned by Adultflix unless otherwise indicated. You may view this site and its contents using your web browser and electronically copy and print hard copies of parts of this site solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content of this site is strictly prohibited.

This website was created and is controlled by Adultflix. Your use of this site is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of ACT, Australia. Disputes arising from your use of this site are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
